     Standing on the shore, (West Coast of Scotland) watching  waves quietly lapping. The sea breathes as if in a calm moment of rest, symultaniously restoring and releasing its energy. I relax in the gentle rythmn, unconscious in preparation for the next endeavour. There is hope, sometimes a peace in this rythmn. The memory of storms and lashing waves distant for now. The energy for this wave was released from the planet's store more than a thousand miles distant. Its journey a story of power, endurance and the interconnected universe.
